Online Ticket Management
One facet of utilizing our Managed IT Services is access to our IT Ticketing System. Create, view and ensure that any ticket created is followed through to completion. You will also be able to view any estimates, invoices and documentation regarding your account.
This will also include all information regarding your computer network including WAN IP information, Wifi Passwords, Server Passwords and configurations and much more.
How much are Managed IT Services?
IT Factor bases the cost of our Managed Services based on the amount of devices and complexity of your network. The more devices (Computers and Servers), the higher the cost of our Managed Services. Based on an average sized office (one server and 6 computers) would be $250.00 per month.
What is not included in your Managed IT Services?
The only additional charges that you will receive when on our Managed Contract are for:

- Offsite Backups
- Parts purchased for Repairs

- Full Office Moves
